Education Hikes

We love adventuring in Lakeland and want to take you on a creative journey! Our hikes are available in the morning, during sunset, and on trails for all abilities. We go outside, hiking and learning firsthand so that we can teach you about Florida's natural beauty and encourage less screen time. While this is a free event (tips are accepted and appreciated), we do ask that you sign up so we know who and how many people to expect.

We offer Solo and Group Green therapy at Alderman's Ford Conservation Park. Come join us for and amazing 2 hour grounding, therapeutic experience embracing all 5 of your sense.
